Maple Hill Subdivision, City of Gaithersburg

The Maple Hill Townhome Community is a new construction project on Emory Grove Road in Gaithersburg, MD. This is HFHMM’s first new-construction project since 2008. HFHMM will build 19 townhomes on 2.9 acres of land. Each townhouse will have 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms with a garage on the first level. All homes will be sold to applicants earning less than 60% of the Area Median Income. HFHMM purchased this small, infill property from a private seller in December of 2011 and the townhomes are now under construction and slated for completion in August of 2014.  In total, the project will cost about $5 million, or approximately $250,000 per unit.  Stay tuned for more updates and or come volunteer onsite to see it for yourself.
