Solar Program

Habitat for Humanity Metro Maryland's Solar Program provides eligible homeowners in Montgomery and Prince George's Counties with access to residential solar panel installation at no cost to the homeowner.

Solar panels can reduce household electricity costs, improve energy efficiency, and support a more climate-resilient home.

Could I Qualify?

You may qualify if you:

•    Own and live in your home as your primary residence 
•    Live in Montgomery County or Prince George's County 
•    Meet the household income limits below 
•    Have current homeowners insurance 
•    Have completed weatherization or plan to have your home weatherized 
•    Have a home that is suitable for solar installation
