What PG-HOPP Can Do for You

- Electrical, plumbing, and HVAC upgrades
- Accessibility modifications like ramps, stairlifts, or bathroom updates
- Energy efficiency improvements like insulation and air sealing
- Tree removal and other safety-related fixes
In many cases, funding can cover up to $30,000 in repairs—or even more for qualifying households, helping families remain in homes that are safe, healthy, and livable.
Who Is Eligible?
You may qualify for PG-HOPP if you:
- Own and live in your home
- Have lived there for at least one year
- Meet income guidelines (generally below 80% of Area Median Income)
- Have a demonstrated need for repairs or accessibility improvements
- Plan to remain in your home for at least five years after repairs are completed
