Silver Spring ReStore Closing February 22
Our Silver Spring ReStore location will be closing on February 22, donations will be accepted through January 31. We are incredibly grateful for the support of our community and invite you to continue shopping and donating at ReStore Rockville. Thank you for being part of our mission.
We accept:
| All appliances accepted | We can only accept dishwashers with stainless steel interiors. All appliances must be no older than 7 years old and must include power cord. | |||
| Area Rugs | Must be under 11 feet in length, new or excellent condition. Must be thoroughly cleaned and have no stains. | |||
| Cabinets | Must be complete units, fully assembled, and structurally intact. Must have doors, shelving, display racks, etc.; single cabinets (pieces) will be taken on a case by case basis. We cannot accept water-damaged or painted cabinets. | |||
| Clothing & Shoes | Unwanted clothes and shoes. | |||
| Flooring material | Vinyl/laminate no less than 50 sq. ft., new hardwood complete boxes only. Ceramic tile: no less than 50 square feet. We do not accept scraps of any kind of flooring materials, exception being reclaimed hardwood flooring, must be at least 90 square feet. | 3 box minimum. Must be same pattern. Must be packaged. | ||
| Furniture sofas, love seats, coffee tables, bedroom furniture, dining room | Must be fully assembled and in re-salable condition (no rips, stains or tears.) Dining Room Tables must have chairs. We do NOT accept BEDS. We do not accept floral or outdated print couches and chairs. | |||
| Household Items | Must be clean, unbroken, and boxed. | |||
| Lawnmowers & Lawn Equipment | Must be working with all parts. Electric equipment must include battery + charger. Gas powered leaf blowers not accepted. | |||
| Lighting Kitchen/dining room chandeliers and sconces, lamps (standing/table top) | Must be working with all parts | |||
| Mirrors | Decorative mirrors with frames only. We do not accept unframed mirrors or glass due to safety risks | |||
| Plumbing | Must be complete, very clean, and in good condition; heavy duty faucet fixtures, faucets, parts, pedestal sinks, toilets (1.6 gallon/low flush only). We only accept new toilets. Vanities must be no larger than 60" and no older than 10 yrs old. | |||
| Roofing | We only accept new roofing. Must be in-package. 3-pack minimum. | |||
| Sewing Machines | Must be in working condition. All parts must be included. | |||
| Small Electronics | Must be working with all parts | |||
| Tools & Hardware | Must be working with all parts. Must include correct cords and remote control (if applicable). | |||
| Windows | Only new windows. We do not accept sashes or shutters. |
