| Cabinets | Must be complete units, fully assembled, and structurally intact. Must have doors, shelving, display racks, etc.; single cabinets (pieces) will be taken on a case by case basis. We cannot accept water-damaged or painted cabinets. | |||

| Flooring material | Vinyl/laminate no less than 50 sq. ft., new hardwood complete boxes only. Ceramic tile: no less than 50 square feet. We do not accept scraps of any kind of flooring materials, exception being reclaimed hardwood flooring, must be at least 90 square feet. | 3 box minimum. Must be same pattern. Must be packaged. | ||
| Furniture sofas, love seats, coffee tables, bedroom furniture, dining room | Must be fully assembled and in re-salable condition (no rips, stains or tears.) Dining Room Tables must have chairs. We do NOT accept BEDS. We do not accept floral or outdated print couches and chairs. | |||
| Household Items | Must be clean, unbroken, and boxed. | |||
| Lawnmowers & Lawn Equipment | Must be working with all parts. Fuel must be removed. Electric equipment must include battery + charger. | |||

| Mirrors | Decorative mirrors with frames only. We do not accept unframed mirrors or glass due to safety risks | |||
